I have a few questions for who ever knows the answer

1. Do you drink while you eat?
2. When it's hot, do you drink cold water or warm?
3. Why does snapple cost 2x as much in a dojo? lol just kidding

1. drinking while eating is not good for your digestive system.
2. you ask about 'when it is hot'....so cool water is fine... But as for 'when you are hot' .. as in internal heat from exercise, refrigerated water is not best...it kind of shocks the system... room temperature water is best in that situation.
3. because many people are out there to steal your money!

yeah I would not drink while eating. Supposed to dilute digestive juices or something.
I guess drink allot before eating, so that you will no be thirsty while you eat.

Room tempreture is the best. All gurus say that.

Hi!
Drinking before eating would be the same thing as driking while you eat, the water or whatever remains there. You have to wait at least 30 minutes after driking.

By the way, if you drink warm water with one lemon in the morning and 1 hour after eating at night before going to bed, your digestive system will thank you for it. It alcalinizes your fluids, or whatever you call it scientifically.
