Hello I am looking through the manual right now. The position where you are standing on one leg the balance. Can I do it and stand back up and keep doing it like that up and down or do I have to just hold it? I can hold it but not too long. so what I am wondering if I should not do anything after the static conditioning till I can do every exersice in this group?

Dear Allstretch,
Here is our recommendation,
Balance is a good position to use when your supporting leg is not strong or flexible enough to throw side-line kicks. How ever to go up and down for many reps may place your back under strain.
If you want a dynamic exercise, I recommend a single leg dead lift.
To answer the second part of your question, we do recommend that you spend some time on static and dynamic conditioning exercises before moving on to the main part of the method.
