Good day- I am wondering about something. I have spend few weeks on static and dynamic conditioning, my repetitions are all above 50. Right now I want to start on extended length conditioning. Should I do all of the exercises listed. I know that the manual said to start with hamstring, adductor and abductor exercise. one for each muscle. Would it speed up my progress if I do all the exercises at the same time. like 3 for adductors, 3 for hamstring?

I did most of them already.
In my oppinion, do one at a time. Switch up when you get bored.
You dont' want to get so sore that you workout once a week. 8)

If you are ready; you can do all of them at the same time. Just be prepared to be sore.
