Just want to post an observation.
In my oppinion its better to do straight leg cicles first and than knee, chamber circles. I guess if you do the knee first than you don't have the energy for straight leg.
Does anyone know why the book says to do the front chair stretch 2-3 times and side chair stretches like 20 times?
I had the same question in mind....
Maybe because the front one is harder?
Has anyone got any idea?

The front chair stretch and side chair stretch-
Allstretch, are you refering to reciprocal stretches?
I think it said in the book some what along the lines, of height of the side kick has more to do with the standing leg. So you are not really stretching legs on the side line stretch. It's for other things, but not stretching.
The front line reciprocal stretch is a true reciprocal stretch, and thus should not be performed over 2-3 times.

Thanks
I saw that somewhere.
Also a mod posted that a good variation is to press down as your body goes back up after leaning toward the leg. It really does work, when I press down with the leg and than lift it, it goes up higher.
I guess if you do it many times it would be an over stretch. Don't want that.
