It's Johny.
Right now, I can do in the 80's of every conditioning exercise. static, dynamic, extended. I been trying to do light stretches every morning and split stretcing 3 days a week. One week I did split stretching every morning and light stretching every evening. I got better results with that.
Anyone experienced this besides me?

Very weird -isn't your body cold in the morning. And the stretches are more difficult in the morning. I mean if someone keeps stretching and warming up for a long time in the morning, they can get flexible, unless they hurt themselfes first :) May be it's a luck or one-time thing. But may be you are on to something. If you are still doing it and it is still working - may be that's your thing.
