Hi,

I'm doing the splits flexibility online course....
Have extrememly short achilles and looking for tips. Totally unable to do downward dog with heels down for example, and squats don't serve much purpose either as I stay on the metartarsal.

I've been doing ballet for years and it's taking eons to make small progress...

Any ideas appreciated!

well maybe you should try calf raises whilst standing on something off the floor. A step is always a good place to start. This way you can drop you heels below the level of your toes. This will help you big time.
