Hi Paul and all,

I have just started using the hamstring flexibility system. I am 32 years old, I practiced karate in my twenties but haven't been training at all for 6-7 years until I took up itf tkd 8 months ago. I would say I am not flexible at all, but really dedicated to improve that!

So I've got a couple of questions:
1. Conditioning routine 1 & 2, do I do 2 sets of 15 repetitions on all exercises including the ones performed with the foot attachment?
2. Since I feel I lack hip-stability, can I add the hip turn-in and turn-out with resistance to the conditioning routine?
3. I think it's hard getting enough resistance when performing the exercises with the foot attachment while keeping my back on the floor. Can I perform them as in conditioning routine 2 from the start or should i try to master the technique of getting resistance without lifting my hips off the floor?
4. The post-conditioning stretching routine, do I perform this immediately after the conditioning routine only or do I also do it on the day after the conditioning?

Thanks a lot in advance!
