At this point, my side split is like a second nature. This morning I got up, did my morning routine, and did a split. :arrow: Did not warm up or pre-stretched. :arrow: My dog looked at me like I was nuts.
I am sort of hesitant of working on the front splits, since it was never my objective. (They always seem sort of girly to me.)
I still work on my deep stretching routine for the side split. In my oppinion, having a side split and not being able to move in it, makes the skill a neat party trick.
My next goal- Standing split.

Move in your split, I guess you mean stretch every which way?
What's a standing split?
