I am doing the fundamentals of gravity advantage now.
Let me know if you are at a more advanced level and how long did it take you to get there.
Also do you mix up the exercises or stay with each one, till completed and move on to the next exercise.

P.S. how long does the total work out takes for you.
Mine is roughly 20-25 minutes.

Like it say in the book. If you have a problem with one exericise on a given level but not other, than move up but keep one muscle group on the easier (Lower level) exericise.
