I am wondering what is your experiences with this.
I been practicing stances for a long time, as well as basic conditioning exercise. squat, lounge, dead lift.
I still went over the exercises in the method for about a month.
Now I am ready to move on to extended length conditioning.
What I am wondering, is this. Does the leg goes to the full stretch, before coming back up? Life for instance the double adductor force, do the legs come out as far ass possible? Or do you start with like two feet appart and build it up to all the way out?
Thanks in advance for answering.

To be safe, I guess start with small distance first than increase it. One of my friends go the split this way. He comes to my house and does double adductor force and hamstring force II than he does all the deep side split stretches. Than he repeats again the whole thing. He got his split like that in about two months.
But he is careful, so he goes pretty easy on his first set. In between those three days a week, he did stretches from the front of the book.

If you go all the way to the sides the first time you do it. It's like stretching the muscle and conditioning the muscle. Both of those on the first day will hurt the next. I actually do the other thing. I go all the way out but I use light resistance. Once I can easilty do light I will go to medium.
Also I am going to try what Kungfu friend did.

Just be careful !!!
Also my friend is a go getter, amimal. But he knows when to stop.
His legs are very strong. I am not saying your are not, just pace your self.
I don't want you to try something that will get you hurt.
