Hi everyone,
I just wanted to ask about the Castor oil...Is it just that Castor oil has anti inflamitory properties that Paul uses it?
I have Emu oil and was thinking of trying that or a product called Elmore oil which is actually a blend of several different oils and it is great for both before or after a workout...
I have to say that using a combination of these oils when I first started martial arts was one of the main home remedies I used to be able to work out every second day... when I first started I would train on Monday and I was sooooo stiff the next day I could hardly move...I started using Elmore oil and it helped heaps...I have maintained an every second day training schedule for over 3 years now dropped 25 kg and I dont get anywhere near as stiff as I used to...
So when working on the Massage does it need to be castor oil or could the above substitutes be used?
thanks
Lisa
