Just wondering.
If the leg circle isolates the leg from the body, does that help for kicks?
When you kick isn't leg supposed to be connected with the body, like be an extension of it?

I don't think it isolate it in that way. I think it allows the leg to have independant control. From what I read you won't get bad kicks, unless you spend hours practicing bad kicks.

You see,
when you throw a kick you don't want the body to be out of control and loose balance or something. Knowing how to isolate is good as long as you know what you are doing.
