I can only have small things; two small dumbbells, perfect push up, wrist roller, weighted vest, ab roller, a mouth guard with weights at the end to strengthen my jaw and neck, jump rope, running shoes. How can I use these few items to get the extreme definition I really want?

To get the extreme definition you really need is more about diet and exercise combined. If you are using limited equiptment then may I suggest you consider Paul's book Gravity advantage. It's full of bodyweight exercises and routines. This type of training along with a well balanced diet will get you on your way.

I would agree with the suggestion of the Gravity Advantage book. I have been seeing good results with the exercises listed in it. An excellent bodyweight conditioning site is bodyweightculture.com. If you are looking for specific information on strengthening programs or diet tips this is the place. Paul also posts videos on that forum from time to time as well.

Hi, does this book really help us in weight problems. What type of exercises are given In It?

I think both are important though.

In my personal experience, I am also trying to work towards doing a lot of pushups. I've been working on it since October, and at that time I could do maybe 3 modified pushups. Now, I can do well over 50, and 40 negative pushups. I can do a few proper pushups, but my form is not solid, so my trainer has me lifting a lot of weights and doing a lot of core excercise (http://www.fitnessqn.com/important-resistance-exercises.html). She also has me doing a 5 min push up challenge 3x a week. 10 seconds - pump off as many as I can, take a 20 second break and repeat. Since I've become strong enough to do these, my progress has acelerated greatly! Oh, and she also has me lower myself into the 90 degree arm position and hold it to engage those particular muscles for as long as possible, then try to push back up.

I think just working out is not going to do. To get in shape and to be fit and fine you must take as much water as you can. Basically, too much of work out is never helpful for you. Try out this one, would really be helpful.

To become toned and defined you basically want to do as many reps with low weight levels as possible.

Just do your exercises with low weight and do as many reps as you can until you max out and cannot do anymore.

Can't quite understand what you mean. To get fit working out, diet, water, and rest are all important. No one said anything about working out too much and the workout is a big part of getting fit and losing weight along with proper diet. Steve
