guys, just asked this in the forum as well
How often a day do you add to water, and how long do you keep this up for or is it a continuous process??

Every morning. I do a spoon or two per cup of water. If I am on the run, I swash it in mouth instead of a mouth wash. Been doing it for almost half a year. It's all good. You may want to start with small amount, see if it agrees with you.
Cheers.

Hi Force, thanx for your speedy reply. do I take it you mean you have it with one cup of water in the morning every day, or numerous cupss of water within a given day?

I feel like it gives me energy.
May be it's in my head, I don't know.
But it makes me feel good, so I go with. Plus it's a good excuse to drink more water. lol

Doesnt taste the best, dont think I could use it as a mouth wash. Not to bad with about half a teaspoon in a glass.
Been using it for a couple of days now, in conjunction with starting castor oil massage last night. Splits here I come, hopefully!

Kungfu. Im about average i suppose, maybe a bit better. My Hams are not too flexible though, so working hard on them.
At which part of the training should you use the castor oil, before the joint rotations or at some point in the middle, for example just beofre extended length conditioning. I know you use it at the end of the work out but not sure whether to use right at the beginning of my work out or not.

Sorry, I did not see your last post.
Massage your hamstrings deep with castor oil before the work out. Also massage the calves, and glutes. If you do the massage right, your hams will become allot less resistant to being stretches.

I personally don't touch ACV except for adding to a few raw food recipes. Also, I personally prefer to use spectrum unpasteurized acv because it comes in glass and not in plastic. Instead, I start out my day with a glass of sole. No, this is not fish. It's salty water loaded with over 80 ionic minerals. I'm speaking specifically of himalayan sea salt. There are benefits beyond words that this incredible product has give to me. If you want more info go to http://www.americanbluegreen.com and search around the site. The only two salts in my home are celtic sea salt and himalayan sea salt. I use himalayan salt for my sole in the morning and the celtic sea salt gets used more in my recipes.

If you are taking apple cider vinegar, you may want to brush your teeth right after it. It is quite acidic so can damage the enamel of the teeth. Although I have to agree that it is a very healthy drink. (I have to add honey to mine!)

hey folks, just to warn ya - you should use about a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda with the apple cider vinegar, or else you'll do some serious damage to the enamel on your teeth. It'll fizz up quite a bit, but once it goes down, it's drinkable - and you'll save yourself a big dentist bill!!

ACV is also good for the hair if you have bad dandruff and it makes your hair really shiny. The acid kills the fungus in the scalp. =]

I don’t know if it is as good but you can get ACV in capsules.
