Hello everyone. Does the fundamental requisite apply on all 3 level of Gravity Advantage? For example, "if you will do only one set, you should perform a maximum number of reps possible. However, if you do two consecutive sets then, the first set should be terminated when you feel like 2 or 3 more reps could have been done. The second set, should approach failure". So, for each exercise in all 3 levels of GA should I be using this method?

well some people prefer to train this way. Myself I prefer to do 3 or 4 sets but fewer reps. it depends on the individual and what goals you have with your training. Are you going for strength or stamina?

For stamina it should be more reps, and for strength fewer, right? I read that for strength you should do the concentric part as quickly as you can, then the excentric part very slowly.
