Hey guys

I was wondering how should I schedule my training so that I can work on training all aspects of all the kicks? For example do I just work the roundhouse kick one day and work on flexibility, balance, coordination etc. and then do the same thing for say the side kick another day?

Or should I work on one aspect a day? For example work on the coordination of my all my kicks in one day? Or my flexibility of all my kicks on one day? etc.

Thanks
Tom

I've been swimming for about 8 years now, but my flutter kick is horrible. My breastbone kick is amazing on the other hand. I need some dry land exercises that I can do at my house before or after practice. Any suggestions? Also, I practice almost every day (including Saturdays) for 2 hours and the practices are usually about 4500-5000 yards. I'm looking for DRYLAND exercises. I get plenty of kickboard during practice.
