I have heard that strength training is good to naturally increase your metabolism. What are your reviews about it. And how do you guys advice on increasing metabolism. But i dont want to use any kind of medicine KEEP IT NATURAL PLEASE !!!

Any type of exercise that you do will increase your metabolism. From what I've read, everyone has a certain Basal Metabolic Rate (how many calories you burn when at rest) that is increased as soon as you leave a state of rest.

Other ways I've read to increase your metabolism are to eat more frequently. A lot of small meals spread out through the day will keep your body burning fuel consistently.

Green tea is also supposed to help increase metabolism, but I can't say I know much about those claims.
