Hi
I'm new to this site was wanting to order one of the books , but was unsure on which one to buy. I do martial arts and are pretty flexiable, but i want to increase my flexiability even more and gain strength, so which book/s should i get?

I assume that you want flexibility in your lower body.
Where do you want strength? Upper or lower body?

Well both, but mostly my legs.

Ok this is from my experience.
If you talking about lower body, than it's the E.S. flexibility book, with Zaichik splitting on the cover. The strength training in that book is pecific to kicks and splits.
Is that the kinds of strength that you are after?

Hi Feektesh,
I am just wondering, what kind of flexibility do you have and what kind do you want to get?

I guess what someone here is asking,
is do you want the strength to kick fast/hard/high or strength to do other things like squat heavy loads?
Cause the book book teaches you strength for kick height etc, and strength for splits.
