Hi Paul,
I have ordered your set "Hamstring Flexiciblity System".
I am going 4 times a week to the gym. Once a week I train very intensely my legs with the result that my legs and especially my hammies are sore and stiff for the following three days.
Now my question:
Does my leg workout and consequently my sore and even stiffer hammies hamper progress when using your system?
Should I train legs only light during the 16 weeks I am working with your system or can I continue my leg workouts as usual?
