I've just recieved my book today and can see from the picture illustrations that these excercises even not having done them can surely work for me. These are some of the excercises that I'm familiar with from back in the day.

I am going to begin with the warmups joint rotations leg stretches and and start some of the hip and aductor movements.

Can anyone possibly advise otherwise?

I'm excited and know that progress isn'y expected overnight!

:D

Hawk,
you seem very exited, I hope you will not start right now, in the middle of the night.
It's night over here, you probably like 8pm. lol

Just taking time out to read the book. don't plan on any activity tonight. I'm not that crazy.

But will be getting started tomorrow without fail.

There will be no more sitting around and wondering. "It will be done, it shall be done, and flexibility will be gained."

I am at work so I don't have the book in front of me.
Are you talking about the adductor STRETCHES or adductor MOVEMENTS?
If it's the extended length conditioning, remmember to start very slowly.
Even if you can do 30 or 40 reps right away, I would do a one or two sets of ten, just to see how you feel.

P. 44 and 45 are hip strengthening right? Those are good right before stretching at the end of the work out.

Try to mix up the spin in and spin out with anckle over knee stretch.
Do the spins and than the stretch and than spins again. Those two exercises and that one stretch are very complementarty to each other.
I been mixing them up for about two weeks now, experimenting. This is very good for my back and hips. I feel stronger in that area and allot less tightness. I figured that you staring with those exercises, the stretch will be helpfull for overall conditioning.
Good luck.
