Hi, this is my first post.
I have been training for three years in 2 different styles. I had done most stance there are, and practiced many weighted lifts for the legs. I have also trained my core with all kinds of exercises.
I am under the impression, that I can skip the conditioning phase.
Please let me know if that's correct.

Thanks ES guys.

Hey TKO,
conditioning is pretty general, what do you mean exactly?

I don't think he means extended length conditioning.
Try it, see how it feels.

May be you should do all the exercises recommended in the book and see if you can meet the requirements. If you can that you can skip them.

Peace

Thanks for your replies.
Actually I did the exercises and most of them I can do according to time and reps guidelines.
But the extended length conditioning I definitely can't do enough reps to meet the guidelines.

Thanks again.
