Hi Paul & others,
it has been since 2005 since i visited ElasticSteel.com and purchased the book 'Elastic Steel - method of athletic conditioning' (Second Edition) published in 2005. i never even opened the book due to problems; now i have the time-yes after three years! and have visited the site today. i need a bit of advice please.
'joint rotations', 'light stretches', 'upper body stretches' and the 'mobility swings' i can just manage to do. 'conditioning excercises', 'stregthning & sabalizing the hip rotators' and 'extended length conditioning' : i can do only about 20 reps each.
Do i only practice these & get fluent in them before i move on? as everything after that seems impossible & may i please have advice how i should do them (reps, order etc.) so far i have fri, sat, and tue mornings to do them.
one last thing i noticed through the online free videos there are other stretches that aren't in this book. has this book been updated? i noticed there is also a video version. am i missing out?
thanks in advance
